Inner Sanctuary Beauty Story.
With 16 years of experience in the beauty industry, Christie has combined her expert understanding of skin, extensive knowledge gained within the beauty industry, along with her ease in conducting hands on treatments that gently apply her motto of “inner sanctuary and outer beauty”, with a unique and individualised treatment for every client.
Christie’s passion for all things beauty commenced in 2007, with the enthusiastic completion of a make-up artistry course with Napoleon Perdis. Christie then went on to work as a makeup artist for Napoleon Perdis for the next 2 years.
During her time at Napoleon, Christie discovered her heartfelt passion for skin. After careful consideration and research, Christie went on to complete a Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2009 at the Australian Academy of Beauty and spa therapy.
After graduating, Christie continued to passionately pursue her love of beauty therapy, by dedicating her time and efforts into high end day spas, along with various roles within the beauty industry. What struck Christie the most was how much she loved making people feel nurtured and supported at the same time as enabling them to achieve their skin goals.
To this day, Christie continues to expand her knowledge and education within the ever changing industry. Not surprisingly, she has furthered her studies and completed several advanced skin education courses, alongside training to become a corneotherapist.
Christie has mastered a holistic approach to skin care, and adheres to the principals of corneotherapy. Corneotherapy is all about protecting and preserving the integrity of our sacred skins barrier and providing our skin with “everything it needs and nothing it doesn’t”. Christie prides herself on using this approach in order to create individual, uniquely personalised solutions in order to restore, along with maintaining healthy skin.
Christie has created a relaxing home-based sanctuary nestled in the hills district, with a focus on skin and corneotherapy. Everyone who enters Inner Sanctuary Beauty are sincerely welcomed with respect. They are provided with strategies to achieve their skin goals, within a comfortable, nurturing and supportive environment.
